Do you need advice on French law? Are you looking for a lawyer who can represent you before French courts and authorities? Then you have come to the right place. I am a lawyer in Hamburg and also admitted as Avocat à la Cour (French lawyer) in Paris, where I have been practising since 2003. I am also a sworn translator for the French language.

Since 2006, I have been the lawyer of confidence of the French Consulate General in Hamburg (avocat-conseil du Consulat général de France à Hambourg).

Since the foundation of my Hamburg law firm in 2005, mandates with a connection to France have formed an essential part of my work. I am very familiar with French culture, customs and traditions.

I advise and represent companies on their entry into the French market as well as on their day-to-day business in France. I negotiate their contracts, draft their general terms and conditions and represent them vis-à-vis suppliers, customers, competitors and authorities. If disputes arise, I represent companies out of court and before French courts and arbitration tribunals.

I advise and represent individuals in French inheritance law and French real estate law. I advise them on estate planning as well as on the settlement of their estates. In the event of disputes between heirs, beneficiaries of a compulsory portion or legatees, I seek out-of-court solutions for my clients or appear for them in court. I advise and represent on the purchase or sale of a property in France or on the transfer of the property in the family.
