Professional liability insurance:
HDI Gerling Firmen and Privat Versicherung AG, HDI-Platz 1, 30659 Hannover. Geographical scope: 1. Germany, 2. Rest of Europe. The liability claims that are insured stem from activities (1) in connection with advice and legal services rendered under European law; (2) pursued by the lawyer before European courts. 3. worldwide to the extent of the legally prescribed minimum insurance cover for liability claims against the insured party before courts outside of Europe. 4. The insurance does not cover liability claims stemming from activities via firms and offices set up or run abroad.
