We represent German and foreign companies, business owners and shareholders in proceedings before German and European courts and authorities, as well as before national and international arbitration tribunals.
Alexander Mittmann is an Avocat à la Cour (French attorney) admitted to the Paris bar. He represents our clients in France before courts of first instance and courts of appeal. Where a representation by a specialist attorey is required before French high courts (e.g. Avocats au Conseil d’Etat et à la Cour de Cassation), Alexander works closely together with this attorney.
We assist with arbitration proceedings as arbitrator or as counsel in English, French and German, in the following areas:
