We draft your General Terms and Conditions, taking adequately into account the peculiarities of your branch of business. If you already have General Terms, we assess them and make the required adaptations. We provide you with General Terms in English, German and French versions.

We draft contracts adapted to the specific needs of your business, such as sales contracts for machines, facilities or aircrafts, contracts on maintenance, repair or overhaul of machines or aircrafts, lease agreements, master service or procurement agreements, distribution agreements such as commercial agency or distributorship agreements, as well as atypical agreements such as without limitation sponsoring agreements and charter-parties for aircrafts. In case you receive a draft contract from a possible future partner, we assess it for you and make the required adaptations. We negotiate the contract for you or we assist you in the negotiation of the contract.

We have special expertise in the drafting of international contracts and General Terms for international use, such as e.g. contracts governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for  the International Sale of Goods (CISG) or by the UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Contracts and which refer e.g. to the Incoterms® or to the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits (UCP 600).

In the event of a dispute we assist you in pre-trial negotiations as well as in court, whether before German or French state tribunals or before arbitral tribunals in German, English and French language. In arbitral proceedings in any of the aforementioned languages, you may also designate Alexander Mittmann as an arbitrator.
